This open-plan living space has been furnished to compliment family living, with a subtle and ecclectic mix of European and Turkish design. Two sets of double doors plus windows boast views over the gardens, hills, pool and the sea. Relax on the comfortable sofas, hook up the bluetooth speaker dock, take in the designer kitchenware and tasteful artwork...you won't want to leave.
Lounge and dining
Our lounge area is furnished in a subtle nautical theme, with 2 and 3 seater sofas, TV and DVD player and a Dr Dre bluetooth speaker dock for smartphones. A wide selection of DVDs for both adults and children are included together with family games.
Double doors open onto a juliet balcony with views to the gardens and sea. The large dining table looks through an additional set of double doors that lead onto the terrace; you will probably choose to eat your meals al fresco when it's hot.
There is also a cloak cupboard and separate WC on this level.
Kitchen and utility
A well equipped modern family kitchen with dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, microwave and all the usual cookware you would expect - plus a bit more you won't!
Fabulous pool views and the open plan layout make this a great place to cook. Alternatively, there are several local restaurants that will deliver free to your door!
On the garden level you will find a laundry and linens room with washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board.
Terrace and gardens
Access our large terrace through double doors from the open plan living area. There is ample space for the dining table and chairs to be moved outside in hot weather. The views from here are breathtaking - mountains, green hills, pool, garden and the sea beyond. A bespoke hand made wrought iron staircase leads down from here to the private gardens to the rear and side of the villa. The terrace is fully enclosed and safe for children.
