No. The resort boasts 24 hour security and a gated entrance. Staff also patrol the resort at night.

Is there car parking?

Yes. There is ample covered parking a stones throw from the villa.

Do you provide beach towels?

Yes. Lack of beach towels on a self catering holiday always annoyed us as it used up our luggage allowance so we have put 8 in for you to use!

Will the villa be cleaned whilst I am staying there?

No; the villa will have been professionally cleaned and beds made for you before you arrive. However, if you are staying for two weeks or more, and would like a mid-holiday clean, this can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us for details.

Is the villa air conditioned?

Yes, all three bedrooms and the open plan living area have efficient air conditioning units - but please remember to close doors and windows when using them and switch them off when you're not in.

Would you consider a long let?

Yes; please contact us to find out more about availability and reduced rates.

Are there laundry facilities?

Yes. Willow Villa is fully equipped with a washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board.

Is there a safe in the vila?

No.

Can I catch a bus nearby?

Yes, just outside the main entrance. The local bus service is very cheap.

Can I smoke in Willow Villa?

Only on the ground floor terrace. The villa is completely non-smoking indoors.

How far away is the nearest food shop?

There is a petrol station a 5 minute walk away which has a fairly good selection of food and groceries. Fresh bread is great from here in the mornings and there is usually someone selling fresh fruit and veg outside. The nearest supermarkets are in Göcek vilage and most will deliver.

Is the water safe to drink?

Although it's perfectly safe to drink, the tapwater doesn't taste very nice! You are best to buy bottled water; it's very cheap. All restaurants use bottled water to make ice.

What happens if I need to cancel?

The £100 deposit is non-refundable should you cancel your booking. You could get 50%, 25% or 0% of your rental fee refunded dependent on how many weeks cancellation notice you provide. Alternatively you could choose to change dates if the villa is available.

Is there wi-fi?

Yes. It even works by the pool!

Are hairdryers provided?

Yes. There are two for you to use.

Is the pool open 24-7? Can I take drinks down to the pool with me?

You can swim between 8am and 8pm. The pools are usually emptied for the winter season (November to March). Pools are cleaned daily. It's fine to take drinks to the pool, though only in the plastic tumblers provided for safety reasons. The pools aren't heated, though in the summer they feel more like a warm bath.

There is a separate childrens pool.
